    Net als bij echte bloemen kunnen de bladeren na verloop van tijd verkleuren of vergelen. We raden aan om het bloemstuk af en toe af te spoelen om stof te verwijderen en het textiel in het bloemstuk vochtig te houden. Besproei de bladeren ook regelmatig met water om uitdroging te voorkomen. Gebruik alleen Cote Noire parfumsprays, deze zijn getest op mildheid en het textiel van de bloemblaadjes blijft netjes.
